- REFUND -

We have 30 Dyas return time window which means you can return the item within 30 days after you receive the package. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the items is intact and unused, our warehouse colleagues will arrange the refund asap.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

 

1) REFUND TIME

For visa or master payment, the refund will get to your account in 7-15 working days. For paypal, the refund will get to you in 1-2 working days. The refund time depands on your payment account.

 

 

2)PARTIAL REFUND

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Shipping: we will cover the shipping cost if the quality issue of the products, other than that, you will need to pay the shipping fee in case of a return.

Please Note :You cannot return human hair products that have been used. if the item is removed from the bundles ,wigs and used in visible manner . All refund and exchange policies are voided.
