We ship our packages out via Usps within 48 hours at workday.

Free standard shipping on orders over 80＄.  

1)EXPRESS SHIPMENTS

All express shipments are processed by 5 p.m. EST. Once an express shipment is placed, a shipping confirmation email will send to you.

2)INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Queen human hair  is not responsible for any fees(custom fees or taxes)associated with your shipment upon delivery.

3)PICK UP AT STORE

Because the shipping time depends on logistics, we cannot promise when the packages arrive. However, we can schedule an appointment in the Maspeth store and help you to check the stock if you would order online and pick up at store.

4)CANCEL ORDER

If you would like to cancel the order, pls contact us before sending the package. After sending, we're unable to cancel it because the logistics are processing. If you don't want the package, pls return after delivery.

*PLS NOTE:

Normally, the logistics will deliver the package on working day( Mon. - Fri.), to ensure delivery of your parcel. Therefore it is best for you to choose a shipping address where you can receive the package on a workday, or choose USPS with SIGNATURE SERVICE when purchasing.

Please make sure that you or your authorized person at the shipping address. If the package shipped to your shipping address, Queen Hair Inc is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

- RETURN & EXCHANGE -

If you are not satisfied with the product or for any reason you want to return it or exchange it, please contact our service team with your order number or the email at +1 917-774-6123 or info@queenhairinc.com.

1)ONLINE EXCHANGE/RETURN

After sending back the package from your address to our warehouse, pls inform us with your tracking number. When receiving and checking the package, we will arrange a refund asap. It may take some days because it depends on the logistics and bank.

If you would exchange, you can reorder online.

2) IN-STORE EXCHANGE/RETURN

If you would go to our maspth store to exchange/return your online order, we can check the stock and make an appointment for you. Any other problem, pls feel free to contact us.

3)RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1. Make sure that the hair has not to use, wear, wash, cut, and damaged.
2. It must also be in the original packaging.
3. This policy is applicable in 15 days from the day you received the products.

- REFUND -

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the items is intact and unused, our warehouse colleagues will arrange the refund asap.

1) REFUND TIME

For visa or master payment, the refund will get to your account in 7-15 working days. For paypal, the refund will get to you in 1-2 working days. The refund time depands on your payment account.

2)PARTIAL REFUND

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery. 

Please Note :You cannot return human hair products that have been used. if the item is removed from the bundles ,wigs and used in visible manner . All refund and exchange policies are voided.
